LivesFlow (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the LivesFlow Advisor CRM platform at livesflow.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Prospect data: Information about your prospects (names, contact details, pipeline stages) that you enter into the platform.
- Google Calendar data: If you choose to connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar only to create, update, and delete meeting events on your behalf. We do not read, store, or share any other Google Calendar data.
- Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used solely for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the LivesFlow CRM platform.
- To sync meetings to Google Calendar when you explicitly schedule a meeting through the app.
- To send meeting reminder notifications (push notifications) if you opt in.
- To communicate important service updates.
4. Google API Data
LivesFlow’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Calendar access to manage events you create within LivesFlow. We do not share your Google data with third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring each advisor can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google:When you connect Google Calendar, meeting events are sent to Google’s API on your behalf.
- Resend:Used to send email notifications. Only the recipient’s email address and message content are transmitted.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Revoke Google Calendar access at any time via your Google account settings.
- Opt out of push notifications at any time via the Scheduling page.
