By accessing or using LivesFlow (“the Service”) at livesflow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LivesFlow is a CRM platform designed for financial advisors to manage prospects, track sales pipelines, and schedule client meetings. Access is by invitation only and requires a registered account.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@livesflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without express written permission.

5. Google Calendar Integration

The Service offers optional integration with Google Calendar. By connecting your Google account, you authorize LivesFlow to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by LivesFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivesFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
